Day 1: Welcome at Papaya Playa Project

Day 1 of the Tulum Crypto Fest 2024 kicks off with an exciting welcome event at the iconic Papaya Playa Project (PPP). Attendees will start the day by soaking in the sun at the spectacular PPP beach club, reconnecting with the international crypto community that TCF has built over the past three years. Early registration will be available, followed by informal discussions and networking in the VIP area next to the bar, where we'll be answering questions and getting to know each other.

At 6 PM, the festival will officially open with the first talk centered on the concept of Pop-Up Cities and an explanation of why these two pillars were chosen as the main themes:

The TCF founding team will also take the stage to review the evolution of technology and nature over the years, discussing our role as event organizers in driving mass adoption of technology. The day will culminate in an energetic welcome party at Papaya Playa Project, setting the stage for an unforgettable festival experience. The entire production of TCF parties will be curated by the renowned organization TEKIO, specialists in designing attractive party spaces.

On Days 2 and 3, we move to the luxurious KAN Tulum, an ideal setting for deep immersion in innovation and knowledge. At this venue, participants will engage in a series of conferences, workshops, and panels focused on cutting-edge topics such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and emerging cultures. The festival will feature a vibrant market, art installations, performances, and presentations from sponsors, with various stands and booths. The night of Day 2 will be a highlight with a VIP dinner at a secret location, exclusively for VIP ticket holders or those who purchase the VIP dinner separately. After the dinner, everyone will head to a secret party , accessible to VIP ticket holders and those with a week pass, with an option for others to join at an additional cost.

The night of Day 3 will feature a magical evening at secret location (TBD),. The night will start with a in available exclusively to VIP ticket holders or those who purchase the VIP dinner separately. Following the dinner, the lively Full Moon Party  will be the highlight of the evening, with entry included for VIP ticket holders, full-week pass holders, or available for separate purchase. 

Day 4 will be during the morning and part of the afternoon will be dedicated to wellnes and recovery at VESICA cenote to generate an environment of relaxation, reflection and connection before the festival concludes. In the afternoon we will move to the  beach where the Whale Tank contest will be held at 4:30 p.m. Ideas will be presented in the limelight, concluding the festival with a closing party  and saying goodbye to all attendees. This year, the Tulum Crypto Fest introduces two key stages: the AMPHITHEATER STAGE and the ORGANIC STAGE. The ORGANIC STAGE is specifically designed to showcase innovative and relevant content that reflects the current trends and the spirit of the event.

In its inaugural year, the ORGANIC Stage featured a Crypto School powered by Tulum Crypto Club, offering attendees a deep dive into the world of cryptocurrencies. The second year 2023 saw the stage dedicated to BINANCE, with a variety of insightful presentations and activities.

For this edition, the ORGANIC Stage will be curated by ETH Mexico, ensuring that the content and experiences resonate with the cutting-edge developments in the crypto space. We hope that this year’s ORGANIC Stage will leave a lasting impression by presenting impactful content and experiences from notable entities or individuals who will leave a significant mark on the ecosystem.

• 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Lunch break / Free time / Explore booths and stands
• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Afternoon workshops and panels  (4 hours) 8 taks

Day 3: Continued Exploration and Full Moon Party

Each talk has 20 minutes, including Q&A. Each panel has 30 minutes with Q&A. In certain cases, a talk may exceed by a few minutes. There are no breaks between talks.

• Total Talks: 50 talks on Friday and Saturday (25 per day)
• Stages:
• Amphitheater Stage: Capacity of 300 people
• Organic Stage by Eth Mexico: Capacity of 100 people
• Thursday Talks at the beach: Reserved for the organizing team and the teams leading the two main topic pillars (introductory talks)
• Talk Duration:
• Each talk is scheduled for 20 minutes, including Q&A
• Each panel is 30 minutes with Q&A
• All talks are being calculated as 30 minutes to allow for some flexibility, but they should not exceed this pre-established time
• Schedule:
• Between talks, we will feature the artistic, philosophical, and creative participation of Radio Tulum and its founder Mandeep. Mandeep will guide us from one session to the next with brief 5-minute segments of philosophy, designed to help integrate the ideas you've just heard. After all, what is the value of a conference and the knowledge shared if it cannot be integrated into our lives? Radio Tulum makes this possible, ensuring that the insights gained are not just heard, but truly absorbed.
• In addition, Radio Tulum will have a dedicated podcast booth on-site, where speakers who wish to leave a lasting impact on this edition can be interviewed. This provides an opportunity for deeper conversations and for the ideas shared at the festival to resonate even further.
