How do I update my name, email address, or Twitch Status?

Please email [email protected] for any changes to your order or account information.
What are the different ways to pay for a ticket?

We accept credit card payments, iDEAL, Paypal, and Klarna (available in select countries). If you’re on a mobile device, we also offer Apple Pay.

In addition to these payment methods, we also offer a Referral Rewards Program, where you can earn discounts  - or even a free ticket - when your friends purchase a ticket using your unique referral link. When will I receive my ticket and how can I access it?

After purchase of your ticket you will receive a confirmation email with your QR code. Please bring this QR code, along with a valid-government issued ID matching the name on the ticket registration, to the registration desk at TwitchCon.

Is there an age restriction for attending TwitchCon?

TwitchCon Europe is open to those who are over 13 and who have a Twitch account. If you are over 13, but under 16 (“Minor”) you will need to fill out this parent/guardian form.
What are the hours and schedule of TwitchCon?
