FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL
Hotel check-in and check-out - check in will be 4pm Friday and check out will be 11am Sunday (unless you have reserved a Thursday check-in or Monday check-out). You can show up earlier but you will be asked to keep your bags in the car until check in or you can leave your bags in the baggage storage room which will be tagged to you (storage space is limited). This also applies at check out on Sunday at 11am. You would love you to stay and party after check out, please put your bags in the car or grab a bag tag and leave in the storage room with all the other bags.
**If you intend to arrive on Thursday 8/22 or depart on Monday 8/26, please make sure you have added that option to your reservation through TicketFairy. If it is not added through your TicketFairy reservation you will still need to check-out at 11am on Friday and/or 11am on Sunday and check back in at 4pm as you will have to move rooms.
All entry must be done through the front door near the front desk. All other entry spots will be locked or guarded, please do not attempt unauthorized entry. You must wear your band until 4 p.m. on Sunday or you will be asked to leave or pay for a ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is still tickets available online at https://www.ticketfairy.com/event/s3
Cash/Payments, bring cash for tips but all tickets and VIP sections will need to be either bought ahead of time or can be paid for by credit card at the door. No cash payments will be excepted at the door.
Pool is open
Friday 4pm - 9pm
Saturday 9am - 9pm
Sunday 9am - 4pm
Due to the amount of people attending we are asking each of you to please bring your own pool towel if possible. This will help the hotel a lot and stop some people using extra towels just because.
Don’t forget sunscreen!!! It will be nice and hot this weekend so make sure to bring all of your outdoor activity essentials and plan to stay hydrated. There will be water stations around and bottled water for sale at the bar.
Weather is looking really good for us, which is awesome! We all know Florida can change in a heart beat so the production teams are all ready to go if we have to move the equipment around but rain or shine the party will keep going!
There will be food on-site all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Food can be ordered at the bar or can be ordered for delivery to your room. The kitchen is located inside the hotel and they have created a special menu just for our event. Please order from the bar or scan the QR for in-room delivery
The hotel does allow pets but has a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. Please reach out to Zak Davis via DM to arrange for a pet-friendly room. If you have pets in a non-pet friendly room, you could be liable for additional pet fees.
