Join us for the first edition of NOVO DIA, an immersive wellness, art, and food experience in the reclaimed Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla.
Together we will explore the Museum’s breathtaking views, mind-expanding art exhibitions, and innovative architecture, all while participating in an environment of spiritual healing and personal growth experiences through wellness practices.
Come experience yoga, sound bath, breathwork, guided meditation, reiki, workshops, and more. Arrive early to enjoy a nourishing breakfast, revitalizing organic juices, and a mocktail bar carefully crafted by the Museum’s exclusive vendor.
WHAT TO EXPECT
NOVO DIA begins at 9:00AM and doors open at 8:45 AM with breakfast being served at 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM. Juice & Mocktail bar will be open until 12:30 PM.
Whether or not you’ve purchased a breakfast access pass, upon arrival attendees will be able to peruse the museum art galleries, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, and will have a chance to connect with our event partners in the sponsor expo.
At 9:15AM, Riff’s Studio will kick off the day with an opening Cacao Ceremony, which will flow into a 45-minute vinyasa yoga session, with concurrent Sound Bath + Guided Meditation, and Breath Work + Reiki classes beginning at 9:30AM.
Attendees will have the ability to register for different classes and workshops happening throughout the day, respective to their ticket pass type. Registration for classes will take place online two weeks prior to the event and you will receive an email from us. You MUST have a ticket to be able to register for classes.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Yoga/Athletic attire is highly encouraged. Mats will not be provided, please bring your own yoga mat and towel.
SHOULD I BRING MY OWN FLOOR MAT?
Please bring your own floor mat as we WON'T have floor mats available for use, sale or rent during the event.
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES?
Registration is now available through the Ticket Fairy ticketing platform. You will be able to register for classes during the purchase process.
WHAT’S ALLOWED?
Small backpacks, and personal reusable water bottles will be allowed.
WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY FOOD, BEVERAGE, OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT DURING THE EVENT?
No, the Museum of Contemporary Art doesn't allow any sales in their property so everything in this event will be all-inclusive with the purchase of a ticket. Please see the different ticket types below and what they offer.

What to wear?
Sport/yoga attire is highly encouraged.
What should I bring?
Please BRING YOUR OWN FLOOR MAT, a towel, and a reusable water bottle. If you are attending a sound bath or reiki workshop, we also recommend you bring a blanket and a pillow, something to make you feel comfortable and warm during each session.
Should I bring my own floor mat?
Yes, please make sure to bring your own floor mat as floor mats and class accessories will NOT be provided nor available for sale. We will have a handful of brand-new yoga mats for rent at $5 each.
How to prepare for sound bath & reiki sessions?
If you are attending a sound bath or reiki workshop, we recommend you bring a blanket and a pillow, something to make you feel comfortable and warm during each session.
Will I be able to buy food & beverage?
In order to eat & drink at the event, you must have an EXPAND or ELEVATE pass which includes food & beverage. Breakfast will be served from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and our juice & mocktail bar will be open from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Can I upgrade my ticket??
Yes, you can upgrade your ticket at the event box office located at the entrance of the event.
Where is the museum located?
The museum is located in the heart of La Jolla overlooking the ocean, one hour North of Chula Vista, 30 minutes from downtown San Diego, and right off the 5 and 15 freeways.

Is event reentry allowed?
Reentry is allowed only with the event wristband given by our staff.
Where to enter?
The entrance of the event will be on the front, street-side of the Museum at 700 Prospect St, San Diego, CA 92037.
Where to park?
Parking is limited to street parking only. We strongly recommend using a ride-share service as parking can be challenging. There will be NO valet service available.
Class arrival
Please make sure to arrive at your scheduled classes or workshop no later than 10 minutes before the class start time.
How to sign up for classes?
You will be able to register for classes during your ticket purchase process.
Can I bring my own photo and/or video equipment?
No professional photography or video equipment will be allowed into the venue.
Event Schedule
Schedule is available on our website, ticketing platforms, and social media channels. Please register in advance for all classes and workshops you would like to attend. We will have staff onsite that can assist with any directional needs.
What’s NOT allowed during the event and while on the museum’s property?
Smoking of any kind on the property.
Food & Beverage are not allowed to be brought into the venue.
Food & Beverage are not allowed to be taken outside of the venue nor outside of the dining area.

Yes, the Museum is in compliance with ADA regulations.
Are pets allowed?
No pets of any kind are allowed.
