For spooky month we’re going dark and deep with veteran DnB selectors Brian Bellas, IonZ, and iLLSiC.
About the artists
Originally hailing from the VA/MD/DC area, Brian Bellas has DnB roots dating back to the late 90’s. His love for a party and dancing allowed him to quickly develop a deep passion and skill for finding great music and showcasing it with his big mixing style. Now based out of St Augustine, FL, Brian is in regular rotation with JaxDnB.
IonZ, a Florida DJ/producer residing in Jacksonville, is a frequent name throughout the electronic music scene. Since his early DJ years he’s been known for regularly playing drum and bass, progressive breaks and house music, loving all styles across the board. As a music producer IonZ has releases on labels such as, Ecco Recordings, Mutism, and Heavyweight.
iLLSiC has lived in Jacksonville, Florida the majority of his life and Southern hip hop had a huge influence on his musical style and tastes. Coming from a background of making hip hop beats, he later started deejaying with hip hop tracks but eventually got into drum and bass. Every time iLLSiC hits the decks the party stays rocking.
