Please read our No Refund Policy carefully to understand our terms.

1. No Refunds on Tickets. All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change in personal circumstances
• Failure to attend the event
• Dissatisfaction with the event experience

2. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Organizers. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If the event is canceled with no future date, we will issue refunds, excluding any processing fees, within 30 days.

3. Transfer of Tickets. Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. All ticket transfers must be completed by the original ticket holder, and Haus of Slut is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers in the secondary market.

4. Refund Exceptions. Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

• A documented medical emergency preventing attendance (must be submitted with proof within 48 hours of the event)
• Death of a ticket holder or immediate family member

Requests for refunds based on these exceptions must be submitted in writing to [email protected], and supporting documentation must be provided.

5. Event Modifications. Haus of Slut reserves the right to make modifications to the event, including but not limited to, changes to the lineup, performers, or venue. Such modifications will not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Dispute Resolution. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback claim, we will provide evidence of this policy and the terms agreed upon during ticket purchase. We encourage any concerns or disputes to be communicated directly to [email protected] for a quick resolution.
