The event space is a unique site located in Somerset. This private event space allowing guests attending to fully immerse themselves within the countryside we have over 40 acres of land for you to explore. Our exact location is kept under wraps & is top secret. We will announce address & directions to ticket-holders only within a private email before our event.
PLEASE RESPECT THIS SPACE AND LEAVE NO TRACE! We ask that all guests take their rubbish away with them. Our food & drink traders do not use single use plastic and all food packaging is fully compostable. We like to hand the keys back to the owner knowing that the event space has been well looked after & is clean and clear of all rubbish.

If taking out a payment please please ensure you have selected the correct vehicle pass, *(if you forget to do this you will not be able to add a vehicle pass until the ticket has been fully paid) therefore it is important that you ensure you make the correct selections at the begining of your payment plan.

Ticket resale of tickets will only commence when the event has fully sold out, all resale tickets must be sold via The Ticket Fairy platform which stops any fraudulent ticket scams. We do not offer refunds! Ticket re-sale will cease at midnight on Sunday 11th May 2025.
All glamping options are purchased from a 3rd party - Tinkerbell Tents all glamping options are non-refundable and non-transferable!
Monthly payment plans will be available from 15th July 2024: Helping to spread the cost of our tickets over up to 9 monthly installments: Defaulting customers will be given 2 weeks (14 days) to complete any missing payments, and failure to do so during this time will result in their orders being cancelled & the non-refundable deposit plus £1 booking fee retained all other instalments will be refunded. The tickets will automatically go back into stock (or a waiting list if one is available at the time).
All payment plans are charged at £1.00 per transaction so a 9 monthly plan = £9.00 fee, 8 months = £8.00 fee, 7 months = £7 fee etc
Entry on FRIDAY 30th MAY 2025 will be from 10am all ticket holders must depart by Midday MONDAY 2nd JUNE 2025. *(Last entry is 14:00 SAT 31st MAY 2025)
Your ID must match the name on the ticket, all ticket re-sale must be processed via Ticket-Fairy otherwise you will invalidate the ticket. This is to stop any fraudulent ticket sales taking place.
Unless you arrive by public transport a vehicle pass must be purchased: You can select either a Car Parking ticket £36.00 or a Campervan pass £66, please ensure you have selected & paid for the correct pass. If you arrive without the correct vehicle pass you will be charged, by purchasing the correct tickets in advance allows us to calculate enough space for all the vehicles arriving.
Please consider travelling by public transport the nearest mainline train station is Castle Cary which is approximately a 10 min taxi away!

Glamping - We are pleased to announce that in May 2025 we will be partnering with Tinkerbelle Tent Hire. Tinkerbelle Tent Hire offer those who are not used to pitching a tent the option of some luxury. You will be able to pull up in your car and find everything ready for when you arrive! The team behind Tinkerbelle Tent Hire have a fleet of 4 and 5 metre bell tents which will be fully furnished with interiors including off the ground beds, floor, matting, small bedside table, inside and outside fairy lights and bunting.
Important Information
- Over 18's only *(we operate a challenge 25 scheme so if you are lucky enough to look younger than 25 please bring some photo ID)
- Campervans & caravans are permitted please no larger than 7.5 tomne
- Gate opening hours 10am Friday 30th May 2025 until 22:00 Friday 30th May 2025 (gates are locked overnight with no movement of vehicles). Sat Gate opening times 10:00 until 14:00 (gates are then locked overnight . All ticket holders must depart by midday Monday 2nd June 2025

- No open fires or BBQs are allowed these are forbidden for safety reasons, camping stoves are allowed (please raise all camp stoves off the ground).
- The campsite is situated within a countryside location!
- This is a camping weekend with music provided as entertainment, the nearest shop is quite a distance, so come prepared
- Pack a torch!
- Disabled access: The site welcomes wheelchairs although it should be understood by all guests that this campsite located within a countryside location. therre is uneven ground, gravel tracks and areas of open countryside, therefore some areas are not easily accessible to wheelchairs or those guests with walking disabilities *(Including the underground nigthclub, The Beat Goes Inn, which is accessed via some very steep stone steps within a Grade II listed building).
- The site provides recycling facilities, but we encourage everyone attending to leave no trace and take their rubbish home with them.
- There is limited mobile phone reception but we prefer you to turn your phones off so that we are effectively off-grid for the whole weekend
- We run a licenced bar at both The Beat Goes On.... & The Beat Goes.... Inn we accept all major cards, please check chalk board for opening hours. Please support our bar & traders, we like to keep our food and drinks priced reasonably so that our guests can support us which in turn secures our future events.
- To support the ethos of our event we encourage everyone to reduce the use of single use plastics. Therefore our bar and street food stalls use only reusable cups or compostable packaging to serve our guests. You pay a £1 fee for a re-usble cup which you get to keep!
- Portaloos, and showers are provided (free of charge)
- No generators or sound-systems to be brought on site
- Drinking water taps are clearly marked, please bring a water bottle and fill up for free.
- A copy of your ticket & vehicle pass will be required for wristband accreditation full address location & directions will be emailed to guests before the event.
- Please do not bring, any pets, fireworks, glass containers, potential weapons, laser equipment, including laser pens.
- Any anti-social or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in you being asked to leave the event.
- As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for television, feature films, radio, webcast, and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for safety and security purposes.

Location
The Beat Goes On.... presents our most quirky Micro-Festival location to date!
Our 2025 Micro-Festival is a truly unique location, its located approximately 30 miles / 1 hours drive from Bristol in Somerset. Our new location boasts a beautiful Grade II listed Manor House, surrounded by over 40 acres of rolling parkland, gardens, paddocks, an apple orchard a barn and a subtereanean brick lined cellar night club!
We cannot wait for you to join us! As always our exact location is kept top secret, we will only announce the information privately to ticketholders in an email a month before our event. The Beat Goes On Ask that all ticketholders keep our location secret, PLEASE do not post any details online.

Gate opening hours & ticket registration

Car park gates are open for ticket holders arrive / depart as they so wish every day between the hours of 10:00 - 22:00
At 22:00 every day all car park gates will be locked as we do not permit movement of vehicles overnight.

Age Restriction & ID
We are an over 18 event, Challenge 25 operates on our entrance gate as well as our bars in the The Beat Goes ON.... & The Beat Goes Inn. If you have purchased a ticket and are fortunate enought to look under the age of 25, you will be required to provide ID and prove your age. If you cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused entry into the camping weekend site.
Acceptable ID includes: Photographic driving licence, proof of age card with PASS hologram or a passport. We need to see sight of oroginal copies, photocopies will not be accepted
Mobile Phone Signal
There is no WI-FI on the campsite.
Our new site will have phone signal, but we encourage all of our guests to put their phones away & be present for the weekend shenanigans.
We want all of our guests to relax and feel like everyone is effectively off-grid for the whole weekend!
There is nothing better for the soul than a huge dose of escapism!!!
Vehicle Passes
Everyone that arrives in a car or live in vehicle must purchase the relevent vehicle pass.
Cars will be parked in the car-park *(Ticket holders would need to purchase a car park pass charged at £36.00 *(invludes booking fee) which equates to £12 a day)
Live in vehicles require a campervan pass *(Ticket holders would need to purchase a campervan pass charged at £66.00 (includes booking fee) . We define a live-in vehicle as a vehicle with a fixed bed & fixed washing and cooking facilities.
You must contact The Beat Goes On.... if you have a very large vehicle as we may not be able to accommodate due to the turning circle of the entry gate.
All Campervans & carvans once parked must remain static over the weekend.
Pre-Pitched and Glamping facilities
In 2025 we will be partnering with Tinkerbell Tent Hire, offering those who are not used to pitching a tent the option of some luxury.
You will be able to pull up in your car very close to your tents and find everything ready for when you arrive!
Alcohol
Our event licence states that no glass is to be brought onto site for safety reasons please respect this request!. Any glass bottles will be confiscated by our security team.
No opened bottles can be brought on to site – any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the micro-festival.
We do not set a limit to the amount of alcohol that you are allowed to bring with you, instead we prefer to ask for your support. By purchasing food and drinks from our bars & traders, you support and safeguard our future events! This is why we keep our bar prices as low as possible!
We do not accept cash at our bars instead we accept all major credit cards, please check the chalk board for opening hours!
Without the support of our community our events just would not be possible!
The Beat Goes On..... Event ethos

This includes a respect for each other as well as the land that we share for the weekend. We ask that all patrons take their rubbish away with them and help to keep the site clear of all rubbish during the course of the weekend. We have plenty of bins available to use they are clearly marked for recycling.
Our food & drink traders do not use any single use plastic and all food packaging served is fully compostable. The Mad Hatters Tea Party offer a discount on hot drinks if you bring your own cup.
We like to hand the keys back to the owner knowing that the space has been well looked after & is clean and clear of all rubbish (This includes cigarette butts, please dispose of all rubbish appropriately).
BBQs and Camp Fires
No open fires or BBQs are allowed these are forbidden for safety reasons.
Camping stoves using small, disposable gas canisters are permitted. Please only bring enough for your needs over the weekend. Excessive quantities may be confiscated. In the event of very hot weather / dry ground conditions we reserve the right to prohibit the use of camping stoves for safety reasons.
Gate Searches and Confiscated Items
The Beat Goes On…. runs a rigorous search operation at the gates, and you should expect to be searched on entry. This may include clothing/bag searches at the gates, onsite or when leaving. The Beat Goes On…. Has a zero drugs policy regarding the possession, use or sale of illegal drugs. This includes Nitrous Oxide and all other products banned under the New Psychoactive Substances Act 2016.
The licence states that no glass is to be brought onto site for safety reasons. No opened bottles can be brought on to site – any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the camping weekend.
Prescribed medication should be declared before entering the search and entry points. Medicine should be in its original packaging and the ticket holder must bring a copy of their prescription in their own name.

Prohibited items include: Generators, Sound Systems, knives (including locking knives); glass bottles fireworks; explosives; BBQs; smoke and gas canisters; air horns; flares; weapons or potential weapons; laser devices; unofficial drones and UAVs; sky lanterns; paraffin lamps, candles, generators, chemical toilets (except where fixed within live in vehicles), unofficial hi-visibility clothing/tabards, open bottles of any kind of liquid that can be consumed. Chemical toilets are not to be emptied at the campsite.
This list is not exhaustive, The Beat Goes on reserves the right to confiscate any potentially harmful items or substances at our discretion. Please be aware that work tools, ladders, 2-way radios etc can be deemed a potential security breach and we reserve the right to confiscate such items on entry to the car parks or camping weekend gates. Please check your vehicle before packing and remove any items that can present a safety or security risk.
Signs or materials displaying discriminatory, derogatory, or offensive messages, slogans or images are not permitted.
E-cigarettes are allowed. E-cigarette liquid is only allowed if it is sealed and easily identifiable. If it can’t be identified or the seal is broken, it will be confiscated.
Lost Property
Lost and Found property is being managed on site by our security & production team. Please report all lost items to secuirty as soon as you can and check with security / production team before leaving site to be reunited with your property if it has been found during the event. All found property should be handed into security / production team..
Any found items will be kept by The Beat Goes On.... Lost Property team for 4 weeks after the camping weekend. After this point, all items will be donated to charity or disposed of safely/securely. All reasonable efforts will be made to reunite the lost item with its owner before this takes place.

We have over 100 Djs and artists billed on the line up for 2025 we will be releaseing these on social media over 3 consecutive months

Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on the camping weekend site without the organiser’s prior written consent.
The Beat Goes On.... accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.

As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for TV, Film, radio, webcast, and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for safety and security purposes.
For the safety of yourself and others it is forbidden to access areas that are restricted. This includes climbing, trees, fences, stages, roofs and other apparatus or constructions. If you are caught doing this, you will be ejected from the camping weekend without refund or compensation.
Strictly no animals (except for assistance dogs) will be allowed on the site. Assistance dogs must be declared in advance to the access team who, once approved, will provide an authorisation letter to be shown on the search and entry points.
Paymet Plans
You can pay a deposit & take out a 9 month payment plan in July 2024 this will be reduced as each month passes down to a min of 2 months
Please make sure that you add the correct vehicle pass to your booking, if you have not added a vehixcle pass you will not be able to add this until your payment plan has been paid in full your ticket will be issued upon receipt of your final payment.
Payment Plans are available to spread over up to 9 months, as we approach the event, these will reduce to a minimum of 2 monthly instalments, after which the payment plans will no longer be available.
These will be charged with an additional £1.00 per transaction fee 9 months = £9.00
The dates and schedule of your payment plan will be linked to when each customer makes their purchase, by clicking confirm payment you are effectively starting your payment plan which will then be drawn from your account every 30 days, with the first payment deducted on the day of purchase.
Defaulting customers will be given 2 weeks (14 days) to complete any missing payments, and failure to do so during this time will result in their orders being cancelled, and your first instalment, plus a £1 administration fee per transaction being retained as your non-refundable deposit.
For defaulting customers, after the non-refundable deposit plus £1 administration fee per transaction has been retained all other instalments will be refunded to your bank account.
Please allow 14 days for any balance rebate to be processed.
Tickets will not be issued until you have completed your final payment, then Ticket Fairy will send you all relevent tickets purchased.
All defaulted tickets will automatically go back into stock (or a waiting list if one is available at the time) to be re-sold
All add-on tickets will need to be included within the initial purchase otherwise you will need to wait until your payment plan has been fully paid.
Pending payment plan tickets do not allow add-ons to be added until the ticket has been converted into a 'valid' one, upon completion of all payments, therefore it is really important that you add any vehicle pass onto the payment plan order.
Covid
In light of the COVID 19 pandemic, you understand that there are risks associated with attending any outdoor gathering (including the Camping weekend). We will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidelines intended to reduce the spread of COVID 19, we cannot be held responsible for the behaviour or health of other Camping weekend attendees and cannot effectively ensure that no attendees at the Camping weekend will have COVID-19. Accordingly, we will not be responsible if you catch COVID-19 at the Camping weekend or for any illness or death of any Camping weekend attendees caused by COVID 19.
You understand and accept that you will be attending the Camping weekend and using any facilities on-site at your own risk.
To help us to reduce the spread of COVID 19, we ask that you follow all government guidelines in place at the time of our event.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration, and venue of the camping weekend in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (but without limitation) Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority.
PA Tickets
Disabled access: The site welcomes wheelchairs although it should be understood by all guests that this campsite located within a countryside location. There is uneven ground, gravel tracks and areas of open countryside & parkland therefore some areas are not easily accessible especially for wheelchairs or those guests with walking disabilities.
The Beat Goes Inn Stage is accessed via some very steep stone steps which are located within a Grade II listed building. Therefore, The Beat Goes Inn Stage is likely to be inaccessible for anyone using a wheelchair or who finds it difficult walking e.g., walks with the aid of a stick.
We offer close parking for anyone in receipt of a Blue Badge, along with accessible camping options.
We allow assistance dogs on site. All assistant dogs must be declared in advance to the access team who, once approved, will provide an authorisation letter to be shown on the search and entry points.
PA Ticket - if you need extra support on site, you can apply for a free ticket for a personal assistant to accompany you to The Beat Goes On….Micro-festival.
We will request to see sight of documents confirming your eligibility, we currently accept a photocopy / scan of one of the following documents (dated within the past 12 months if DLA or Attendance Allowance.)
- Front page of entitlement letter for standard or enhanced rate PIP
- Front page of DLA letter (no specific rate required)
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required)
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- CredAbility Access Card (with +1 )
- War Disablement Pension letter
We recognise that the documents above are not definitive. If you do not have any of these but wish to apply to use any of our access facilities, you are welcome to contact us so we can discuss your needs.
How to apply for a PA Ticket
- Purchase your own ticket in the general sale, plus any campervan and car park passes you require.
- Email: [email protected] with you request and attach the relevant paperwork to your email / confirming the full name and emails of those applying for tickets.
- The access team will check your documents, confirm the PA ticket and arrange any other access requests you may have.
- PA tickets are added to The Ticket Fairy account with which you purchased your ticket.
- Please note, if you are paying by instalments, the PA ticket will not be issued to your account until the full price of your own ticket has been completed.
Prescribed medication
All prescribed medication should be declared before entering the search and entry points. Medicine should be in its original packaging and the ticket holder must bring a copy of their prescription in their own name.
Car parking
There is a 3-5 minute walk from the car park to the campsite.
Please come prepared anyone staying in a tent will need to park in the car park and walk to the campsite.
Its a beautiful walk through a canopy of trees will take most people 3-5 minutes to reach the designated camp site. The walk is flat but you may want to bring torch with you to help you at night time. You can access the car park at any time during your stay.

Weekend tickets available for Fri, Sat & Sun camping & entertainment
Earlybirds = £140.19 plus booking fee = £150.00 *(equates to £50 a day)
Phase 1: £154.21 plus booking fee = £165.00 *(equates to £55 a day)
Phase 2 168.22 plus booking fee = £180.00 *(equates to £60 a day)
Phase 3 £182.24 plus booking fee £195:00 *(equates to £65 a day)
Please ensure you have selected the correct vehicle pass, especially when taking out a payment plan, please select the correct vehicle pass *(if you forget to do this you will not be able to add a pass until the ticket has been fully paid) therefore it is important that you ensure you make the correct selections
