NORTHERN BASS 21/22 - Take 2

Unfortunately, NB 21/22 is now cancelled.  

Refunds were open for over 2 weeks, with multiple emails sent to ticket holders to advise of the process and the closing date of 4 Feb. The remaining tickets will be transferred to NB22/23 by Ticket Fairy. 

No easy way to say this - despite EVERYTHING we have tried, we have to cancel the NB - Jan dates.  It's been a long few weeks of ups and downs and thanks to so many of you for sticking with us through it all, but at the end of the day, we had to make the decision that keeps the majority as safe as possible. 

We had to consider the Northland vax rates just not being what they need to be, the growing threat of Omicron, headliners who couldn't travel due to being positive for Covid and all of the festivals that ended up as locations of interest. It’s just not a risk we can take, a risk we can put Northland at, or a risk we can expose you all to.

We never thought it would come to this. We tried everything to keep the Jan dates alive, but the picture now is not the same as it was when we originally postponed.  

So what's next:  

If you held on to your ticket for Jan dates, we will send you an email soon with your options and the timeframes.  We hope that you will all transfer your tickets to Dec 22/23!  By transferring you not only lock in your spot for NB 22/23 but you also help support us to get through the impact of this year and you will get access to some exclusive competitions (credits, money can't buy experiences) as a thank you.  

If you have already transferred your tickets to 22/23:  
Thank you for sticking with us!  It is because of you that we can keep Northern Bass alive.  Your support means everything to us.  There was a bit of a delay with some transfers, but Ticket Fairy has completed the last of them now. 
We will be giving you all access to some exclusive competitions (credits, money can't buy experiences)  over the next year as a way to say thank you. 

ANZ Refunds from Dec 2021: 
There was an issue with some ANZ refunds (due to a connection between ANZ and a global banking provider).  We have been told these are being sorted but if you are still having issues with this then please let us know and we will pass your details on to be investigated.  

To be very blunt, it's been a f**ker of a year.  In a few weeks, we are going to be putting this all behind us and getting on with 2022 and launching tickets for NB 22/23. We can't wait to get back to our home in Northland... we already have the lineup underway and it is already shaping up to be a big one.
