B – Nightclub entry:

While we are selective in who we invite on our guest list, being on the guest list is not a guarantee that you will get in. All clubs reserve the right of admission, so do we (without giving the reason). Since Your Local Techno Mafia typically offer free entry  on our guest list, understandably guest list approval is in demand and therefore we have certain requirements of our guests. By following the below points, you will be best positioned to have a trouble free entry to the club.

1. All guests MUST bring IDs. If even one guest in a group doesn’t have ID, they WILL be turned away.
2. EARLY BIRD means that you have to arrive EARLY (on or before 21:59 at the time of scanning your ticket)
3. Make sure all your guests are dressed appropriately  – we are asking that genitalia will be covered.
4. A no-show, if on the guest list will result in guests not being invited back onto our guest list for any future events
5. We will ask you to show us your Vax pass as a condition of entry if Covid bill is in place at the time of the event, we may also randomly ask to scan your vaccine pass , so please keep it in the condition that will allow our staff to do so
6. In the case of large groups of guys, we recommend arriving in smaller groups of 2 or 3, or preferably as mixed groups.
7. All common sense applies , if you will act like a dick we will ask you to leave with everyone els that came with you and all will be banned from future events
8. Don’t arrive at the club intoxicated. You will be turned away.
9. Your Email will be used to send you all our event info , if you wish to opt out we will add it to our DONT CONTACT list and you will never hear from us again, send request to [email protected]. This also wmay stop our mailing software from sending you tickets in the future.
10. Be aware that you will be charged for cleaning your vomit $100 if you happened to leave it outside of your body in the undesirable location. If you feel unwell please notify STAFF and we will do our best to help you get home
11. Be polite to the door staff – any aggression or rudeness will not work in your favour! We have good relationships with the clubs we run our parties in, in large part because of the quality of the guests we bring and we don’t wish to tarnish this.
12. At the door, make sure to tell the staff you are on the organiser (if you are) guest list and give the names of your event organiser along with your ID.
13. Once inside the club, its time to party! Make sure you have enough drinks and snacks to last!

 C – Conditions of sale:

Any tickets purchased through YLTM or ticketfairy.com act as an agreement between the ticket purchaser and the party organiser.

1. Any issues with club entry post-ticket purchase due to the following reasons will not be the responsibility of YLTM LTD and will not be valid for any ticket compensation and/or refund:
   • Refusal due to behaviour or intoxication as judged by the entry staff.
   • Refusal due to inability to supply sufficient ID and ticket purchase for proof of age and identification purposes.
   • Refusal due to inability to supply vaccivation pass (if that still applies at the time of the event)
   • Refusal due to late arrival past the specified timings of the event, which will be specified in the confirmation email and on the event webpage on the yltm website.
   • Refusal due to unforeseen circumstances with the nightclub venue outside of YLTM LTD control.
   • Requesting for refund due to not being able to attend the event within 10 days of the event last admission time.
2. Any issues with club entry post-ticket purchase due to the following reasons will be the responsibility of YLTM LTD and will be valid for some or all ticket compensation:
   • If the venue or event information provided by YLTM LTD was inaccurate or misleading to the point of missing or refusal of entry to the event.
   • In the unlikely situation of cancellation of the event
   • Request for refund due to not being able to attend the event if notified with at least 10 days of the event start time.
3. In the event of a ticket refund due to the conditions specified in YLTM LTD reserves the right to refund a maximum value of 75%. The 25% surcharge on refund requests covers admin fees and transaction fees from the finance body used by YLTM LTD. If a refund request is proved valid under the terms and conditions listed in YLTM LTD will issue a refund request through it’s financial department which can take up to 14 business days to complete, and can only be credited via the original payment method.
