With over 35 DJs both established & upcoming, and spanning across 2 stages and a multitude of genres, the sound of Tribe Festival UK caters to all; from the 4/4 groover to the jungle bad-boy, the breakbeat stepper to the midnight liquid lover.

This summer, on a hill not far away, it’s time to rediscover ourselves through each other’s stories. The foundations of Tribe Festival are built on using reconnection to create a memorable & unique festival, with 500 unique guests coming together to celebrate a summer like no other.

Being set deep into August, we are glad to be unaffected by the recent extension of social distancing by the UK Government.
With July 19th putting an end to all social distancing restrictions, we cannot wait to host a mesmerising & unique festival that will define your summer!

On entry guests will have to present proof of a negative lateral flow test or vaccination. You can get lateral flow tests for free here.

| FAQs |

Parking

Tribe Festival has dedicated parking before physical entry to the festival & campsite. Parking wardens will help to instruct you on where to go when you get there.

If you are intending on arriving with and/or staying in a mobile home, campervan or similar, please get in touch with us to ensure everything is in order HERE.

Alcohol

We request that all guests appreciate & understand our alcohol policy and that it exists to ensure the safety of all, both guests and staff.

The personal alcohol limit on site is either 8 cans of beer/cider (the same limit applies to 0% & 0.5% beers) up to 568ml each or 1 bottle of wine (decanted into a non-glass container) up to 1L. No alcoholic spirits will be allowed on site.

You may bring these items with you on first-time entry only. There is a no re-entry with alcohol, & a no glass policy.

Camping

There will be 2 sites for our guests to camp which will be labelled. With gorgeous & unique views of London’s skyline, waking up at Tribe Festival will be unforgettable.

Small gazebos no larger than 3m x 3xm, camping chairs, and foldable tables are allowed at our campsite. Please be considerate & respectful of others.

Food

Guests may bring food on entry, but for safety reasons, we do not permit stoves or BBQ stoves of any kind.

There will be a range of delicious foodstuffs available for all our guests to try, provided by local businesses that we are proud to work with & support.

Age Restrictions

Tribe Festival is strictly an adult (18+) event. Proof of age will be necessary on entry.

We recommend that you bring a Driver’s License, but we also accept Passports, ID Cards, and other proof of age cards such as a Citizencard or Young Scot card.

Welfare

If at any point during your Tribe Festival experience you feel unwell physically or mentally, our fully trained medical staff will be there to help all the way alongside our first aid trained security staff. Please familiarise yourself with the location of the welfare tent upon arrival.

Covid-19

We understand & appreciate that despite Freedom Day removing all social distancing restrictions, there are those who may want to remain more Covid-conscious than others, especially at a Festival with so many others!
We encourage our guests to acknowledge the UK Government advice and remain as safe as possible (click for the current UK Government guidance).
There will be multiple opportunities at Tribe Festival for guests to make use of complementary hand sanitiser, disposable gloves, and face masks, although we encourage you to bring your own too.

| Tribe Festival UK Guest Terms & Conditions| 

All tickets are sold subject to availability and to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions should be read and acknowledged carefully prior to purchase, and any queries relating to them should be raised with us prior to purchase.

A valid Ticket must be produced to get into Tribe Festival UK. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the Ticket may invalidate the ticket.

It is the bearer’s responsibility to check the tickets. If they are incorrect they cannot be rectified after purchase. Please check your ticket on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there are any mistakes.

Tribe Festival UK are not responsible for any tickets that become lost, stolen or destroyed. Admission is by e-ticket or printed ticket only.

Proof of ID must be displayed upon entry to Tribe Festival UK.

Personal body and bag searches are required to gain entry to the site. A list of prohibited items is displayed on the ‘info’ page of Tribe Festival UK’s website.

Tribe Festival UK will continue regardless of weather, except where extreme weather conditions affect the safety of guests and staff at the venue. In these circumstances, the event may be cancelled.

Our ticketing provider, The Ticket Fairy, charges a booking fee. Additional charges may apply. Please note that email confirmations are not tickets and will not be accepted as tickets to access the arena.

Being a Dance Music Festival, Tribe Festival UK will have loud music and various lighting effects. For this reason, Earplugs will be provided upon entry. We advise anyone who is photosensitive/has epilepsy to not attend Tribe Festival UK, and that they attend at their own liability.

Tribe Festival UK will not be responsible for damage or injury caused by third parties or for loss of personal property on-site or left in vehicles. We also take no responsibility for vehicles left in car parks provided by the venue or nearby car parks used by customers. Tribe Festival UK will not be responsible for damages or any compensation.

Covid-19 is a relevant fear that we appreciate. To create a safe environment all guests must declare a negative Covid test within 3 days of their arrival to Tribe Festival (starting Wed 18th Aug), alongside a temperate check on entry. Complimentary hand sanitiser, gloves & face masks will be available. Please understand that, similar to every event, there is no Covid-19 protection issued from the Government to event organisers, and that we follow the current UK Government guidelines of social distancing restrictions being lifted on June 21st.

Individual refunds may be offered at the absolute discretion of Tribe Festival UK. If for any reason the festival has to be cancelled or terminated due to an ‘Act of God’, Tribe Festival UK retains the right to not offer refunds. If the event is cancelled for any other reason full refunds will be offered.

Adequate measures have been put in place to prevent the use of illegal substances from being brought into Tribe Festival UK. Despite this, we recognise that some substances may still get in. We have a zero-tolerance policy; Tribe Festival UK retains the right to remove any guest who brings an item that is prohibited.

The purchasing or use of a Tribe Festival UK ticket constitutes an acceptance and agreement of these Terms & Conditions.
