Ticket Questions
VIP is our upgraded GA ticket with the optional "add-on" for our master trainer workshops
LUX is our ultimate package which includeds the Master Trainer Workshop and dinner specific for Speakers, Sponsors & Sapphire Ticket holders.

You must first select the VIP ticket option and follow the prompts,
It will then invite you to select and ADD ON and you can choose which workshop you would like to attend
If there are still spaces available you absolutley can.
However if you are on the ticket fairy payment plan you must first pay off your original ticket before being able to purchase the workshop on a payment plan.
If you are using Afterpay, you may also select afterpay for your add on later.
Limited tickets available for purchase, so first in first served.
Depending on availability,
We may be able to open upgrades later down the track but at this stage it is not an option
All sales are final.
You will however be able to on sell your ticket to another delegate and transfer your details.
In the event of unforseen circumstances and the Conference gets cancelled entirely you will recieve a full refund as per ticket fairy policy.
