Important information:

• Please bring your student ID or valid form of ID. Photo ID will be required to verify your age and identity when you enter.
• The attendees name has to match the ticket; make sure you register the full name that matches your identification on your ticket. If you are intending to purchase tickets on behalf of someone else - please ensure that their name is on the ticket. 
• If you are aged 15 years and under please ask your parent or guardian aged 25 or over to buy your ticket on your behalf, Note the attendee's name must be on the ticket.
  
• Once you have completed purchasing tickets, you will receive an email confirming your ticket purchase and information to log in to your Ticket Fairy account
• If you can no longer make the event, or you wish to sell your ticket. To minimise fraud please re-sell your tickets through The Ticket Fairy 1 week before the event. HYPE U18 does not take any responsibility for the purchase for fraudulent tickets and will not be accepted.
• DO NOT purchase tickets from unauthorised third-party sites.

• Cash and Eftpos gate sales may be available, but not guaranteed.
  
• *COVID-19 has shocked the world. For a safe and healthy environment and event, ALL patrons entering must scan the QR Code on the NZ COVID Tracer App, as well as providing tickets on entry, so we can track all patrons entering the venue.
• If COVID disrupts the event date, the event will be postponed. We will offer a 48-hour refund window once a new date has been set.
  All patrons will have their bags checked.
• HYPE U18 has a zero-tolerance to any patron in possession of any non-prescribed pharmaceutical or illicit drug and alcohol. Anyone patron deemed to be substance affected will be automatically handed to Security and First Aiders.
• If Security find that you have any drugs or alcohol on you, you will be taken to the Police where they will take further action.
• Security will take ZERO TOLERANCE to belligerent and aggressive behaviour. If this occurs, you will be ejected from the Festival immediately and not issued a refund.
• Please note: There is a NO PASS OUT policy, so once a patron has entered the festival, you can only leave to go home and cannot re-enter. No refunds will be issued if you leave early.

• Get Vaccinated! Vaccination passports may be required, If you are not vaccinated you can sell your ticket via the Resale page. Log into your Ticketfairy account and clock "Re- Sale" We can only run during Level 1 or Orange/ Green light with all staff and attendees having 2 shots.
