The South Island Wine & Food Festival is New Zealand’s premier celebration of the quality and diversity of wines and food produced here on the mainland.
Join 40 of the South Island's leading winemakers in the picturesque North Hagley Park and be transported through the vineyards that have cemented New Zealand’s place on the world stage.
The Wineries are accompanied by the region's biggest names in food; local restaurateurs, gourmet and artisan food producers and exquisite street food stalls complement the diverse varietals on show. Festival Features include interactive wine seminars & workshops hosted by Masters of Wine and Sommeliers from New Zealand. Don't miss the Cooking Theatre, where you'll be treated to live demonstrations from renowned Kiwi chefs - or catch the country's best live music talent on stage amongst the trees
