Breathwork Experience: 10-11am

Come enjoy a 1 hour breathwork experience inside the large yoga shala, no experience neccessary, limited to 50 people.
Vinyasa Yoga Class: 11:30am-12:45pm
US$15 (excl. fees)

Enjoy a 75 minute vinyasa yoga class in the large yoga shala at Holistika. Yoga mats will be provided for free use to first 30 people. Bring your own may if possible.

Come enjoy 3 wellness classes to choose from at the beatiful Holistika resort followed by a social mixer with other Nahko fans.

SCHEDULE:

Vinyasa Yoga: 10-11am (large yoga shala, limited to 45 people)

Breathwork: 11:30am-12:45pm (large yoga shala, limited to 50 people)

Sound Healing: 11:30am-12:45pm (domo dome, limited to 30 people)

1pm-3pm: Social Mixer with Nahko Fans at the restaurant area (food and drinks available for purchase)
