Sons of Zion will be out and about in the new year celebrating their latest EP release

One of New Zealand’s top live acts, Sons of Zion will be travelling throughout summer hosting two huge shows in Raglan on the 5th of January and Taupo on the 6th of January 2018.

These shows follow the recent release of the Sons of Zion’s latest EP, THE JUKEBOX SUITE, which includes the catchy ‘Live It Up’ and current single ‘Is That Enough’ feat. Aaradhna, which hit Top 5 on iTunes and #3 on NZ’s Viral Spotify Chart.

The four-track EP solidifies their status as one of Kiwi music’s most popular bands and builds on their reputation as one of the hardest working acts around.

Since the release of their debut album UNIVERSAL LOVE in 2013, which featured four #1 Urban airplay hits, Sons Of Zion have carved a very successful path with more than 12 million streams on Spotify, more than 10 million views on YouTube and 100k plus following on social media.

With a touring track record that’s seen them play to packed out venues in every nook and cranny New Zealand has to offer, as well as prime spots at some of the country’s largest festivals, Sons of Zion are a class act not to be missed.

Joining Sons of Zion in Raglan are the heavy-hitting nz roots legends Cornerstone Roots. 

Cornerstone Roots is a New Zealand Roots group from Raglan. The 6 piece group that consists of 4 family members vocalist/guitarist Brian Ruawai and bass player and partner Naomi Tuaopepe with daughter Kaea Ruawai on drums and energetic vibrant son Reiki Ruawai on vocals. Playing alongside the family of musicians are longtime members Aaron Bush on percussion and Nicholas Stevens on keyboards. The band pay respect to the colossal world of roots music, while confidently bringing their own influences and positive messages to the mix.

Cornerstone Roots have released three critically acclaimed albums, Soul Revolution, Free Yourself and Future Is Now, plus four EPs, One Fine Day, Forward Movement, Free Man and Summer Haze.

The band continues to play live and release music while living in Raglan, New Zealand.

Also joining Sons of Zion in Taupo are the talented Common-Unity. Nz Roots reggae band based in Ohakune with its members stretching from the feet of Mount Ruapehu down the Whanganui river to Ratana paa
