EQ SPORT Nerf Battle Fun Sessions - Coming to Tain!

Get ready for an action-packed experience with our 2-Hour NERF Battle Fun Sessions, filled with team games, thrilling activities, and epic battles!

Event Highlights:

• Meet the Leaders: Upon arrival, children will be welcomed by our experienced activity leaders and guided to designated areas for their belongings.

• Exciting Set-Up: Our battle arena is decked out with camouflage barriers, inflatable castles, a First Aid tent, and weapon crates — all perfectly arranged for two hours of NERF MADNESS!

• Ultimate Experience: With plenty of hiding places, chill zones, and game extras, our setup is designed to maximize fun for all participants!

• Team-Based Fun: Players will be divided into two teams to engage in various games like Capture the Flag, VIP, and Medic. We always keep friends and family together if they wish!

 SESSION IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

**This session will run from 11am-1pm on Saturday 28th September. 

** NERF BLASTERS, FOAM DARTS AND SAFETY GLASSES PROVIDED

**Nerf Sessions are suitable for children aged 6-12.

**Participants should take plenty to drink. 

**Participants should wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for running around and being active. 

** Paticipants can take thier own blasters, however PLEASE DON'T TAKE DARTS.

Our Sessions are ran by experienced PVG checked, First Aid Trained Activity Leaders.  All of our sessions are drop off.  We will have your emergency contact details on hand in the unlikely event that we need to contact you.  Parents and Carers are welcome to stay in the venue during our sessions, however we ask that you do not remain directly in the hall as it can serve as a big distraction during supervised safety talks and breaks.  For the same reason please try to arrive on time so as not to interrupt the initial safety briefing.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to attend our event! We understand that plans can change, so please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation by Attendee:

   • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 5 days prior to the event start date, you will receive a full refund.

   • Transfer of Tickets: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your tickets to another person by notifying EQ Sport via email with the new attendee’s details.

   • Sickness: In the event of sickness, your tickets can be used towards a future event. Please provide appropriate documentation of your illness and contact us via email for assistance with rescheduling.

2. Booking Fees:

   • Please note that booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Cancellation by EQ Sport:

   • If EQ Sport has to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund including booking fees.
