Our theme this year is 🕉 Find your Flow 🕉  it will be all about our connection with universal intelligence as it moves through us to ever greater levels of evolution. 💫

The dates are 5th - 8th March 2020. This Festival will officially open from Thursday, 5th March from 5.00pm and close on Sunday, 8th March at 4.30pm

Flow is defined as the state of being completely engrossed in the execution of a performance to the exclusion of everything else.

Flow is achieved when body, mind, and spirit are at one, when the present moment is so compelling that everything else disappears. Time slows, ego dissolves, and fear fades. The state of flow is a meditation. It is this state that we hope to achieve during our practice of asana.

Together we will create a connection to a deep flow state, to our personal and planetary evolution, through immersion in the full spectrum of yoga traditions, Asana, Ecstatic Dance, Kirtan, Breathwork, Sacred Ritual, Kriya, Chanting, Meditation, Music, Vedic and Tantric talks, Stalls, Healers, Family and more... 🙏💖🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

What daytime activities will be available for my children?

There will be plenty of fun activities to keep your kids busy such as playful time to connect with nature, dance, laughter yoga, storytelling, drumming, making friends with horses, meditation and yoga. They will love it.

And, guess what? Children under 16 enter for free!    🕉🧬💟

NB: Thursday & Sunday are charged as single days. We would recommend if only coming on a 1 or 2 Day Pass to join us on the Friday or Saturday

Do children need to pay?
Kids 16 and under are free and can attend any event. The youngest are welcome accompanied by a ticket-holding adult, we trust you will be mindful of other people around you in terms of disruption.
