Mt. Nadir’s ‘Growing Pain’ has been two years in the making. The record straddles delicacy and grit, telling a tale of heartbreak, isolation and rebirth sitting amongst a sound freely based in alt-rock. Through its creation, original band mates Conor, Jake, Jaina and Frankie have built a closeness the four have never experienced.
Having recently welcomed two new members into the Meanjin/Brisbane based family, Mt. Nadir are heading interstate for their Growing Pain EP Tour with dates across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Sydney, Wollongong & Melbourne. Joining them for the ride will be Eora/Sydney artist Ellen Soffe and her jangle-driven band Ellen and the Ooroos + Fellow Eora band, the beloved Speed Dial.
