MICHELIN CHEF MEETS THE CAPE
Embark on an extraordinary gastronomic journey as renowned 2-Michelin Star chef Paco Morales (of Cordoba’s famed Noor restaurant) joins forces with fellow Michelin Starred chef Drew Deckman (celebrated for his acclaimed Valle de Guadalupe restaurant, Deckman's En El Mogor) at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel. Hosted by the esteemed chef Enrique Olvera.
Their culinary talents will combine to craft an exceptional, one-time-only dining experience. The evening begins with an innovative welcome cocktail from beloved local chef Edith Jimenez (dubbed “The Godmother of Cabo Cuisine”). Followed by a five-course menu with thoughtfully paired wines courtesy of the Robert Parker Guide. Finally, wrapping with an after party featuring art performances, music, and an auction benefiting the Corazon de Niño Foundation–a Baja California Sur-based non-profit that provides supports to children battling heart disease.
