Lay Festival is a celebration of music, art, and community, with a deep commitment to ocean conservation. Set against the stunning backdrop of Bali, Lay invites you to immerse yourself in a chillout experience that celebrates the beauty of our planet while contributing to its preservation.

This year, we're thrilled to partner with Livingseas and Sungai Watch, two leading organizations in environmental conservation. Living Seas will work on restoring the vibrant coral reefs by planting a coral for every ticket you purchase. A portion of the proceeds will go directly towards vital conservation efforts by Sungai Watch who focus on protecting Bali's rivers and reducing plastic pollution.

Join us for three days of relaxation, great music, inspiring talk sessions and creative workshops, all while being part of a community that cares. Let’s celebrate, connect, and conserve! 🫶🏼

Refund Policy :
All ticket sales for Lay Festival are final. Our policy is non-refundable; There are no refunds, credits or exchanges on any tickets or purchases. This applies to events which have been postponed and still await rescheduling.

 Refund and Credit Conditions: 

•  Event Cancellation: If the Lay Festival is canceled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or governmental regulations, attendees will be offered the credit for future events organized by us.
• Event Postponement: If the festival has been postponed, we shall publish the plans for any new dates and changes to the festival’s programming, venue, timings, and terms. Organizers may also choose to offer discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis.
• Artist Cancellation: Changes in the artist lineup or cancellations of individual performances do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or credits. The festival experience is built on a diverse range of performances and activities, and such changes will not impact the overall festival experience.

 Non-refundable Circumstances:

• Personal Reasons: Refunds or credits will not be issued for ticket holders unable to attend the festival due to personal reasons, including but not limited to health issues, travel complications, or personal emergencies. 

• Lost or Stolen Tickets: Please keep your tickets safe. Lay Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and will not issue refunds or credits in these cases.

Ts&Cs

Ticket Information: The ticket is non-transferable. The organizer reserves the
right to ask the purchaser to submit details including name, contact details and ID. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the ticket to anyone providing false information. 

• Entry Requirements: International visitors must secure their visas and rightful documents. 
• Ticket Usage: This is an e-ticket. Present it as a printout or display the ticket
  number with a valid photo ID at the festival box office to receive your wristband. Tickets grant access to the festival area on select day/days only and do not include accommodation or meals.
• Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. Changes in the lineup or cancellations of performances, as well as extreme weather conditions, do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
• Age Restrictions and Child Entry: Children under 13 years of age gain free entry but must be accompanied by their parents at all times.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. Owners must be responsible for their pets and will be held accountable for any disturbances or harm caused by them.
• Payment Methods: The festival accepts both cash and cashless payments, including credit/debit cards and mobile payments.
• Recording Restrictions: Professional recording equipment is allowed. The festival reserves the right to manage all recordings.
