Inspired Wellness circle is a space for us all to deepen into ourselves. No one understands what we need better than ourselves, but sometimes these needs can be hard to see or understand. Each month we will be exploring different elements of self-care and wellness.
Inspired Wellness circle is facilitated by Darlene Pearks who is deeply passionate about using self-care as a foundation for us all to be our best and thrive on purpose.
