🏕️ Camp Overview

📅 Dates: 6th & 7th August
⏰ Time: Full-day camp (9 AM – 3 PM)
📍 Location: Forres Swimming Pool
👧👦 Age Group: 6–12 years

Our goal is for children to have an unforgettable time—making friends, learning new skills, and most importantly, having FUN!

• ⚽ Football/Sport Tournaments: Skills sessions and matches

• 🧲 Magnetic Block Building: Create, build, and explore with hands-on STEM play

• 🤝 Team Building Games: Work together, compete, and challenge yourself

• 🏃 Fun Fitness Challenges: Can you beat the beep?

• 🎨 Arts & Crafts

• 🎲 Board Games, Chess & More!

📦 What to Bring

• 👟 Comfortable clothing suitable for active play

• 🥤 Snacks, packed lunch (if full day), and plenty of drinks

• 🧸 Optional: Personal NERF blasters or a 📱 device (for use during breaks only)

⚠️ Important Notes

• 🛡️ Supervised by experienced, PVG-checked, First Aid-trained activity leaders

• 🚗 Drop-off camp: Parents may stay in the venue, but not in the activity hall

• ⏰ Arrive on time to avoid missing the essential safety briefing

• 🏠 Camps take place indoors, but weather permitting, we may go outside if facilities allow

Clothing & Gear:
Children must wear comfortable clothes suitable for running and playing. Please pack a drink, a snack, and if attending all day, a packed lunch.

Devices & Toys:
NERF blasters and devices can be brought but only used during designated break times.

IMPORTANT INFO

All sessions are led by qualified and experienced staff who are PVG-checked and First Aid trained. Our camps are drop-off only. Emergency contact details will be kept on file in case we need to reach you.

While parents/carers are welcome to remain in the venue, we ask that you do not stay inside the hall to avoid distractions during safety briefings or sessions. Please be punctual so the children don’t miss important instructions at the start of the day.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Attendee:

• ✅ Full Refund: Cancel at least 5 days before the event

• 🔄 Transfer: Less than 5 days’ notice? You can transfer your ticket to someone else—just email us with the new attendee’s info

• 🤒 Sickness: Tickets can be credited toward a future event (documentation required)

Please note: Booking fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by EQ Sport:
If we cancel the event for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund—including booking fees.
