CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW & REFUND POLICY:
PURCHASED TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
All sales are non-refundable. This is an outdoor event on on a tropical island with a chance of heavy rainfall and extensive winds which can cause event postponement due to severe weather conditions.
There will be a 100% charge for no-shows. In other words, if you do not show up for a scheduled event, no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill this spot has been lost.

If an event is rescheduled, all tickets will be honored for the next/rescheduled event date; there will be NO refunds! If you cannot make it to the rescheduled date you can use your ticket at any of our future events.
If you can't/didn't make it to a future event of your choice, your tickets will be forfeited (No-Show). Only If the event is canceled completely, all purchases will be refunded.
