Find your next unforgettable moment

Transfer policies are set by each event organizer. Many events allow free name changes or transfers through your account. Check the event page for the specific transfer policy, or contact the organizer.

If the event has resale enabled, you can list your ticket on our secure resale marketplace at face value. This protects both buyers and sellers from scalping. If resale isn't available, check the event's refund policy on the event page.

Our resale marketplace lets you sell tickets you can no longer use at face value — no inflation, no scalpers. Buyers get a genuine ticket with the new holder's name. It's safe, fair, and managed entirely through the platform.

If the event offers upgrades, you can upgrade your ticket through your account or during the checkout process. Available upgrades might include VIP access, backstage passes, merchandise bundles, or premium viewing areas.

Bring your ticket (on your phone or printed) and a valid photo ID matching the name on your ticket. Some events use QR code scanning for quick entry, while others may use wristbands or badges. Check the event page for specific entry requirements.

The service fee covers secure payment processing, ticket delivery, customer support, anti-fraud protection, and the technology that makes buying and managing tickets easy. It's a single, all-inclusive fee with no hidden charges.

Refund policies are set by each event organizer and shown on the event page before purchase. If the event is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund automatically. For other situations, check the event's refund policy or contact the organizer through the event page.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. We'll notify you by email as soon as a cancellation is confirmed. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processors including Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security to protect every transaction.

We process payments in the local currency of each event's market: GBP (UK), USD (USA), CAD (Canada), AUD (Australia), NZD (New Zealand), MXN (Mexico), INR (India), and IDR (Indonesia). The price you see at checkout is in the event's local currency.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, log into your Ticket Fairy account where your tickets are always available. You can also contact our support team and we'll resend your confirmation.

If the event allows name changes, you can update the attendee name through your Ticket Fairy account. Some events lock name changes close to the event date, so make changes as early as possible. Contact the event organizer if you need help.

Event organizers handle on-site support, but our team is also available remotely during events to help with ticket and account issues. If you have problems at the door, ask event staff to verify your ticket by name or email.

If you experience an issue with an event, contact us through live chat or email. We take all reports seriously and work with event organizers to resolve problems. For urgent safety concerns, always contact local emergency services first.

Beyond ticketing, our platform includes built-in referral marketing, attendee analytics, a secure resale marketplace, and tools for managing access control and check-in. Organizers keep full ownership of their attendee data. Learn more on our festivals and events ticketing page.
