We are thrilled to announce a new and exciting festival called HOOK to be held on MARCH 1-3, 2024 at Korimako, in the gentle Hook River valley at the foot of the Hunter Hills, South Canterbury.
Hook Festival has been created with the intention to raise funds for predator control on the land where it is held. Korimako is a privately owned property, with half of the land covered by precious old growth podocarp bush of national significance that has been placed under a QE2 covenant. The land owners intentions are to protect and maintain the forest by means of a well researched and effective predator management programme. The
Hook is an all ages and alcohol-free music festival. The artists programme will be a special curation of live acts, electronic, and acoustic /folk music, and performing artists, across multiple stages. The ticket price will include 3 delightful and nourishing meals provided on Saturday morning, Saturday night, and Sunday morning. Camping will be available on site.
